EOS: Intro to Web Hosting

Overview: Week One

Web hosting allows individuals and organizations to make their websites accessible on the World Wide Web. Web hosting companies facilitate this by providing space on a server owned or leased for use by clients, as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. Cloud hosting companies, such as Rackspace, provide somewhat analogous services.
